• Available in white, natural and colors
• Available in basis weights starting at 18#/3000 ft2 and going up to 35#/3000 ft²
• Treated with bio additives inline, on the paper machine, or contain increased refining for specialized applications
• KIT levels can be achieved up to 7.0, but higher levels can be reached through offline, secondary coating operations
• PFOA and PFOS free

Grease Resistance Levels

These OGR papers are available in grease resistance levels from KIT 3 up to KIT 7. Stay tuned for higher levels of grease resistance as we roll out new products over the next few months, or reach out to us about your specific needs. Higher KIT levels can be reached through offline, secondary coating operations.

The level of grease resistance (GR) depends on the end use of the food packaging. GR is measured as a KIT value from a low of 1 up to a high of 9. Paper that will come in contact with foods with a high grease content should have a higher KIT value than paper used for dry foods. Additionally, paper that will be subjected to high temperatures in the oven should also have a higher KIT value.

Our OGR papers are targeted for markets in the flexible packaging, bag, popcorn, snack food, coffee, bakery, frozen food, butter, pet food and industrial segments.
