Coffee Filter Paper Pods, Cups & Pillows

Divider

Flexlink’s family of heat sealable coffee filter papers consists of paper for three major end uses including:

  • Heat sealable coffee filter paper for form/fill/seal applications for pads and packs
  • Heat sealable coffee filter paper for coffee pods and capsules
  • Heat sealable coffee filter paper for K-Cups and other single serve coffee applications

Flexlink combines the use of inclined wire paper manufacturing with long abaca fibers, cellulose fibers and heat seal fibers. This results in strong filter paper with quick heat-sealing capabilities for high-quality and fast production speeds on coffee packing lines across North America. These capabilities are then used to customize papers for individual applications to further refine individual products for maximum efficiency.

Warehousing and Distribution Capabilities

Flexlink doesn’t stop at supplying high-quality products. Through the use of 60,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space and a regular stream of incoming containers, we can efficiently import, store, and deliver filter papers on a just-in-time basis. This removes the need for large orders and large inventories which frees up capital and decreases the chances of damaged and obsolete inventory. Through the use of common products and roll sizes across different market segments, Flexlink is ideally suited to serve small to medium-sized coffee packers.

In many cases, master rolls are available for immediate conversion into finished rolls for emergency situations. No other supplier in North America has the capability.
